for Connecticut State Agencies

"The only way I know how to lead is by example."
                                              ~ Don Shula

Everyone in Connecticut, including State Agencies, are required to recycle. Our State's Solid Waste Management Plan calls for reducing, reusing and recycling 58% of our waste stream by 2024. We can only reach that goal if all of us, including State Agencies, do our part.

State Agencies can lead by example by recycling the mandatory items and beyond. We have many ideas to help you improve your recycling program, get your employees involved, and save money on disposal costs and more.
